S Aesthetics Clinic — Refund & Cancellation Policy

All purchases made at S Aesthetics Clinic are generally final and non-refundable once the treatment, service, or product has been provided or commenced.

Treatments & Procedures: Fees are non-refundable once a treatment or procedure has commenced or been completed.
Treatment Packages: All treatment packages must be fully utilised within 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. Requests for an extension may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to management approval. Utilised treatment sessions are non-refundable.
Medications: Dispensed medications cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Deposits / Advance Payments: Any cancellation or refund of deposits or advance payments will be subject to the applicable booking and cancellation terms.

Where a service has not been provided, or in cases involving billing errors or other exceptional circumstances, requests may be reviewed by management on a case-by-case basis.

Any approved refund will be processed through the appropriate payment method and may require additional processing time.

By proceeding with payment and/or treatment, patients acknowledge and agree to the above terms.
